About me

With deep compassion A grounded demeanor and detailed cueing, I create an environment for students to feel educated and empowered as they connect with themselves on the mat.

What I believe and how I teach is deeply rooted in the power of yoga’s mindful movement.

My approach focuses on the subtleties; turning inwards to cultivate humility, self-kindness and an appreciation for life.


The foundation of my teaching is my Bachelors in Kinesiology. I teach from an anatomical perspective, with a deep understanding of how our bodies work within the practice of yoga. I will create a safe and functional foundation for you to cultivate a sustainable yoga practice.


In my class you can expect creative cueing, fluid transitions, juicy adjustments and compassionate guidance. You will feel supported, encouraged & leave feeling relaxed with a greater sense of self-awareness.


I teach to support students in finding balance, both on and off the mat. Each body is unique and my purpose is to help you develop your unique practice. I invite you to courageously move forward, break through any hesitation and join me on your mat!
