$25.00 per class (with monthly pass purchase) | $28.00 Drop-In
A balance of Yin and Yang. This class will begin with a steady rhythm and flow, guiding the body through a series of vinyasas and active asanas.
This allows you to release the day, connect with your strength, and move energy through the body. For the second half of the class, we slow down, return to the earth, and settle into a longer, more restorative Yin practice—creating space to soften, release, and ease into the evening.
